This is pretty much correct.

Also, i have the MM4 but it hasn't the FX to produce the intro sound;
Lee used a Digitech RP7 (now contained in the GNX series) as well as the
Line 6 stompboxes, im sure there is an FX on the filter pedal as
the sound produced isnt just from tremolo picking.

For Guitar 2, you'll prob need a compression pedal to take the 'edge'
off the open string sound.

Ive included the live ending an some live variations to the song,
based on the ozzfest recordings i have an what i have seen live.



Guitar 1: (maybe w/ little delay + maybe v. fast tremolo-pedal FX
an also some sustain effect)

Then at 00:23 the picking changes to single notes played v. fast.
When i saw this live, both times, Guitar 1 (Lee) plays something
like this by placing 1 finger down on the fret, playing the note
an then lifting the finger off so the note doesnt ring out.
He then moves onto the next note:

(FX are still the same as before)
This isnt 100% but it sounds like what was played live an kinda
fits.
