I did some looking and found that JOC uses an open E modal tuning on most of thier songs FLOOD uses this tuning (low to high)=E-A-B-E-B-E. And they use a Nashville tuning on this particular song. This is when the 4 bass strings (EADG) are replaced with thinner strings one octave higher. You can find those in any 12 string guitar string package.
